About eYardsale
eYardsale is the brain-child of Dan and Lori Emmons-Norkum, from Eastern Ontario. We started selling items online in the '90s through a variety of formats (auctions, classified and web sites). We soon realized there was lots of room for improvement! eYardsale is the result of years of surfing, selling and considering.
While there is much overlap, our responsibilities are as follows:
Dan is responsible for all aspects of the technicality of the site including database design and administration, and web design. If it's broken, Dan will fix it!
Lori is responsible for site content, graphic and web layout, marketing, and customer support.
We do not use any bots, or other automated methods of sending correspondence. It's really us that will answer you when you send an email. As there are only two of us running this site, your patience is appreciated. We try to respond to emails immediately and do our best to address your concerns as soon as possible.
